How to keep all Outlook records My Documents folder so I do not need to back
up or look for every record in two places. Word files are in My documents but
E-mail are not.
 
Copy your pst-file to your My Documents folder (or a subfolder thereof)
while Outlook is closed.
Upon next start of Outlook, it will nag for the new location. Point it to
that location and you're done.
 
You can only view your mail from within Outlook, so storing the data file in
documents will make no difference.
It might make it simpler for you to run a backup however
