Need to know if users have read an email sent. When using the notification
that email has been received is not good enough. When using the notificy me
when they have read it, the system asks the user do they want to send a
response.

I need to look in my sent email and in the column there have it stated that
the email has been read and at what time. Any help would be appreciated
 
Read receipts don't work with all mail clients and servers. If accuracy is
important, ask if they read it or ask them to reply after reading it.
