Hate popup

My Home page has been taken hostage by www.martfinder.com and hate popup (skull and crossbones). I've used various registry cleaners, Norton, firewall to eliminate this problem. Does anyone know what to do to eliminate this PEST

A google search hints indicates that the removal tools (CWShredder,
Ad-aware, Spybot) may not remove this. Go to
http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm
Work through the preliminary steps (1-6) then post a HijackThis log to the
forum at http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30 for analysis.
