Hash-Cash for Outlook?

Does anyone know of a Hash-Cash type email authentication plug-in that is
made for Microsoft Outlook? I get at least 50 unsolicited emails a day and it
seems the more unsubscribing I do the more email I get. I also can't keep
manually creating rules, I'd spend most of my day doing that instead of
reading my legitimate emails.

State what "Hash-Cash" is and what it does and someone may be able to tell
you.

Exactly. By SPAMmers WANT you to try to "unsubscribe". That verifies to
them that they are using a valid address and can then send you more SPAM and
sell your address to their SPAMmer friends so they can send you more SPAM as
well. _NEVER_ use an unsubscribe link in an unsolicited mail.

Tools like http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ are good tools to help control
junk mail.
