Has MSN Messenger 6.1 been released?

I have seen posts in here saying MSN Messenger 6.1 has not yet been
released. If it has not then is the site below legit?

6.0.

MSN Messenger 6.0 final release *was* 6.0.0602 -- there is no new build (0268 was the
"preview" release).
