Hi,

Where is the form available from??

I can't find it on the Microsoft site.

How do I get the ball rolling in order to clear this up.

I don't believe that my key is really invalid. I purchased preloaded from
Best Buy.
Could it be wrong?

Thanks

Please follow this WGA troubleshooting procedure:

1. Download and install the WGA Diagnostic Tool:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

2. After running the WGA Diagnostic Tool, click
on the "Validation" tab and then click on "Copy to Clipboard".

3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the
"WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the
results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in your detailed post.
http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/default.aspx?SiteID=25

4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and
recommend an appropriate solution.

Best Buy is legit. It's microsoft that's got it's wires crossed.

I would add the caveat that if the PC came out of a seal box, off a
shelf at Best Buy, then it is almost certainly legitimate (unless Best
Buy was defrauded initally). However, if it's a refurbished computer
that's been through Best Buy's "repair" service, there's a slight chance
of a getting a questionable license; Best Buy doesn't pay enough to
hire/keep truly competent technicians.

WGA, like ALL forms of copy-protection is flawed. But if I were you,
I'd turn in Best Buy and let them and MS fight it out.
