Harvard Graphics Converter

I am at a loss. An employee has found an ancient floppy with Graphics from
Harvard Graphics for DOS on it. According to MS Office 2000 has a converter
for PowerPoint. I have installed all converters during the installation. I
installed to Converter pack available online. Also, downloaded some that
other sites and can't get it to work. Anyone know how to do this or if MS is
wrong about the ability to do so?

I'm guessing the harvard convertor with powerpoint only works with "Harvard
Graphics" for windows and not the old (as good as it was) DOS version
