Hardware Upgrade with XP SP2

I am about to upgrade my PC by installing a new motherboard, with new CPU and
memory, and a new graphics card. I am keeping the hard disk which has XP SP2
on it.
Will I need to re-install XP and all the updates including SP2 or can I
re-boot the newly configured system with the XP CD and "repair" the
installation?
Will I have to re-install other programs?

With a new mobo, you will need to perform a 'Repair' install. Please have a
