Hardware resource conflict

I have a Toshiba M35x-S149 notebook with a Atheros wireless PCI card. When I
boot the laptop I get an error :Hardware resource conflict. The only way to
boot is in safe modw and disable the device. When I try to reinstall drivers
the system hangs. Any info on how I might reslove this?

You really should contact Toshiba tech support regarding the card.
They have a toll free telephone number which is listed in your manual.

The Atheros web site contains no useful information that I could find.
