hardware installation

everytime I start my system windows says that it wants to install a network
controller, but It cannot find the drivers/software and it just keeps on
searching (magnifying glass rotating) with a yellow question matk beside it.
What do I do as I have no idea what this thing is and where to find it.
Looking in my device manager everything appears to be ok and there is
nothing with a yellow ? mark anywhere.

May not be the case but It could be looking for a controller for the ARM
slot if your motherboard has one. That would be on the driver disk that came
with your board or you could go into the bios and set it to disabled if you
don't use it.
