Please help me!!!

I have to set up an account for a limited user. I need to
be able to block that person accessing my "C Drive" is
this possible on XP home edition idf it is will someone
please help me

Since Windows is presumably installed on your C: drive, the Limited Account
user would then not be able to use the PC at all!

However you should be able to 'hide' the files and folders you don't want
others to see
