harddrive error

In device mgr have yellow box w/
on harddrive. No drivers for this devic
installed. Code 28
Cannot install - a problem installing this hdw
an error occurred during the installation of
this device - the specified service does no
exist as an installed service. Any help on thi
problem will be appreciated

Select the device entry then right-click on it and choose Uninstall.

Shut down and restart the computer. It should reinstall with a
working driver.

However when it came back on it sai

this device. The filename - directory
name or volume label syntax is incorrec
