Hard-Returns within a cell...

Hi!

How can I do a hard-return within a body of text, that is in a specific
cell? Whenever I try, it advances me to a new cell.

it's supposedly Alt-Enter. But what is it on a Mac?

This should do it:

Command (Apple) + Option + Enter
