J Jerry Apr 17, 2004 #3 Is it FAT32? The largest you can make a drive in XP using FAT32 is 32Gb. Only option is to use a 98,SE, or ME boot disk and run FDISK and format from it. Then XP will recognize drives larger than 32GB. Or use NTFS.
