hard disk

I installed an additional hard drive to my existing on , the old one was
windows Me and on the new one i installed window xp pro. after using it for a
few hours , my drive c, the old one , doesnt see the new one again , although
when booting it asks whih os to use..i know they are 2 different file systems
but it works at first, what must have happened, for it to give up on the new
drive?

When you boot to Me [I assume is the C drive], you will not see the drive
with XP that is NTFS. Me cannot see NTFS, but if you boot into XP you will
see both hard drives.
