hard disk spae and partition

i have a lot of spave of D; butr the C drice is showing loww space sign what
should i do , can i take the program and windows folder to drice D or waht
way i can re arrange paritions
 
Only a third-party partitioning program can be used to resize
or create partitions on a drive that currently has Windows XP installed.

Your best option would be to *uninstall* some large applications and
then reinstall them specifying that they are to install onto drive D:

And when installing new applications you should also remember to
change the installation drive letter to drive D:

With most programs when they install they show you the drive and
folder path where they intend to install. At that point it is quite
easy to click on the drive letter and use the keyboard to remove the
C: and replace it with D: leaving the rest of the folder path intact.
