HARD DISK RIGHT CLICK PROPERTIES

SINCE LOADING SP2 EVERYTHING WORKS FINE BUT WHEN I RIGHT
CLICK ON HD PROPERTIES IT TAKES 45 SECONDS TO
APPEAR.BEFORE IT WAS INSTANTLY.I TRIED UNINSTALLING DISK
CONTROLLER AMD PRIMARY ,AND HAVE WINDOWS FIND IT AGAIN
AND REINSTALL (WORKED B-4 WITH SP-1)BUT STILL LONG LAG
TIME WHEN RIGHT CLICKING ON C: DRIVE.OTHERWISE EVERYTHING
WORKS GREAT.MAYBE THIS IS NOT ISSUE BUT YOU KNOW ON YOUR
OWN MACHINE WHEN SOMETHING IS DIFFERENT YOU HAVE TO SCREW
WITH IT UNTIL YOU FIX OR BREAK IT GOOD. ANY HELP THANK

SEEMS SP2 HAS BROKEN YOUR CAP LOCKS ALSO QUIT YELLING!WE

HEAR YA!Now that said right click on the
drive,properties,and uncheck the box for compress drive
to save disc space,apply,OK.I've had several complaints
from clients that range from SP2 changing that on my
picture,my music,my documents,and even removing drag and
drop from the start menu.All are easy fix,just need to
uncheck or recheck a box,no biggy.See when it's
compressed it will take a minute or so to uncompress so
you can view it.You may want to try everything on the
start menu also and do the same for it,if you cant right
click on those here's the fix,right click the start
button,properties,customize,advance tab,check the box for
drag and drop,apply,OK.80% of the c: drive also changed
the drag and drop.A thank you reply in small caps will be
appreciated.
 
after installing sp2 when i go to right click it hangs & then i get a error
mess. then it crashes & brings me back to the desk top & to think i had a
mint running system before i installed sp2 > not happy! & it dont matter what
i right click folder , file, or just on the desktop > my ? is why is this
happening after i installed sp2 > the error mess. i get > Dr.wat32.win has a
error < pops up then it crashes & brings me to my desktop > right now i feel
like crying lol as i had such a tweaked out system before installing sp2 ,
now i have a nightmare , if some1 could be of any help plz do so for it would
be very greatful thxs.
 
To Jeckel wrong place to post,but go to add\remove
programs and scrool down to SP2 and remove,reboot,go to
windows update and run it pray to God that there still
doing the auto updates only.Download that hope you get
sp1a turn your auto update off first though.I have seen a
lot of post like yours you may want to look in the past 2
weeks of post for one that matches your problem.
