handheld newbie need help choosing hardware for development

Hello everybody,

I need to port my c# application to handheld. UI is not very
sofisticated.

I need to choose a handheld for development/QA/Testing and recommend
one to my customer.
It looks like the customer would prefer IPAQ. I personally prefer
DELL.

Any known problems with dotnet/C# compatibility, memory size, etc.?

I would appreciate your help.

All Pocket PC 2003 (inc Second Edition) devices have the .NET Compact
Framework in ROM. Therefore your choice of device will depend on budget, and
any specific hardware requirements (screen size, SD/CF slots, Bluetooth ,
802.11 etc).
