Guest Account Error Messages When Starting Up

When the Guest account is started up on my Win XP computer, two error
message pop up with the same information. The error message is "Error -
Cannot start 8876480: Invalid Configuration".

Does anyone know what this particular error is or how I can trace it to its
source?

You probably have something in the 'all users' startup folder which
Guest is forbidden to run. Use msconfig and take a look at what is there
- use of Guest account is hedged around with lots of restrictions - I'd
recommend not using it .. set up your own (limited) 'visitor' account
and use that instead - you'll be in control of what it can/can't do that
way (or at least informed, if not in control).

(Use MSconfig to troubleshoot ..
