From the Forms toolbar, I have placed a Group Box, and two Option Buttons.
I don't understand how to group these items. When I right click on one of
these items, "Grouping" appears on the list, and under the Grouping list
appears "Group", "Ungroup" and "Regroup"...but they are all dimmed.

How do I group these three items?

Thanks,
Bernie

They should not need grouping? That option is dimmed because it is
applicable to shape and picture objects not controls.

If you place the group button on the sheet/form first followed by the option
buttons, you should only be able to select one option at once.

Is that not happening?

Yes, that is happening. I thought I could make them a group for alignment
purposes, and for moving the group and option buttons all at the same time.
Maybe I'm asking if we can select all these controls at the same time?

Thanks for your help,
Bernie

Right click all the controls and select Format Object. On the Properties
tab, select 'Don't move or size with cells'. Select the Group box and one
of the Option button by holding down the shift key and left clicking. This
should highlight both, now try and group and it should allow you. You then
have to group one Option button at a time, but should be able to group them
all this way.

You have to have at least two objects selected to be able to group them.

You can click on the first, ctrl-click on subsequent or you can show the Drawing
toolbar and use that arrow icon to "lasso" the objects you want.

Once you have multiple objects selected, you can rightclick on one and then
Group. Then you can move them as one object.

If you rightclick on a grouped object, you can then select ungroup.

Ahhhh! Ctrl-LEFT Click! That was my problem in not being able to select
them. As always, thanks for understanding my questions.
