Groups in Outlook Express 6

I have 500 email addresses in a Works db. How can I get them into a Group in
my Outlook's Address Book without having to re-type each one individually?
Please help! Thank you!!

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup, like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
