GroupBox In ASP.NET

Any suggestions for a groupbox equivalent in asp.net?
I tried a panel but its layout doesnt work well for what i need!

what is it specifially that you need it to do(look like) since the panel
doesn't "work well" ?

use a TABLE in it to force positioning.. Using Absolute positions is a tough
thing to do and not consistent.
