After hours of reading and experimenting I need help.

I have two users, ron(admin) and bob(user). How do I
apply group policy items so as to limit bob but not ron.
As a simple example, prohibit bob from having access to
the control panel without also prohibiting access for the
admin account.

Doug,
Thanks for the help. Now if I add third user and want
their restrictions to be different from the other two? I
will experiment with this, looks like I might get there
with the info you recomended.

Then you'd have to follow the procedure for the Administrator for both of
the different accounts. Yeah, I know, it sucks, but GPEDIT wasn't really
intended for the home environment.

Hi Doug,
Any idea why if I make a polocy change it is applied to
every user except the Guest account? Example, I disable
the Run item on the start menu and it is gone from all
users except Guest.....
