Group policy on enterprise

I want to globally force all of my users to logout at a
specific time of day. I want to make a policy for the
whole enterprise.

can i know the procedure to do it?

I want the same policy should force to logout users
enterprise wide except some particular users?

What you want to do requires that you set the Logon Hours for each
user and then apply a Group Policy to enforce this. It's all covered
