Group Policy for restricting internet access

Is there a group policy I can set which will disable internet access for a
user. In the past I have just removed the dns server, but this causes other
issues.

Hello Stephen,

As far as i know you can't set a Group policy for this. But you can set as
easiest way a proxy server to an internal IP which is not used. But this
will only work for IE. If the users have the possibility to use Firefox or
anything else then this will not work.
