Group Emails from Outlook 2007

I get email requests to be put on an email mailing list for my non-profit
organization. I do not want to keep these people in my Contacts list, but
periodically I want to do a mass emailing to them.

How can I include these email addresses in a folder (or file) that I
periodically use to send out mass mailings? And as said, I do not want to
include them in m Contact list.

Create a new distribution list and copy the requested addresses there. When
it's time to do the mass mailing, send it to that list.

Create a second contacts folder and keep them there.
