Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 setup using two accounts. 1 IMAP, one POP from my ISP. I
can send and receive from both. In my Sent Items Folder I group my emails by
the account they were sent from. The problem I'm having is that I get 2
groups for the IMAP account and some emails go under one group while others
go under the other with seemingly no method to the madness. Oddly enough, the
Account Field for both groups is the same. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks,

Josh

did you change the account or make a replacement one at some point?

Nope

Some emails go to one group and some to the other. I can't determine any
pattern.

That's in my Main Sent Items. I have a rule that copies sent mail by the
IMAP account to the IMAP sent Mail folder. In the IMAP sent Mail folder, all
the messages from before I installed Outlook are in one group, and all
post-Outlook messages are in the other. But again, both show the same account
info.

What is the email account actually using to sort the messages "By Email
Account"?

Josh

I found the pattern. Emails I reply to go in one group, and emails I
initiate go to the other. Is there a was to stop it from grouping like this?
