running Office pro 2003; in Outlook approx 1/2 of all commands are greyed out
and inaccessible; From inbox I can't create "new" mail, "reply" or "forward"
email, cannot customize, From "tools" pulldown, cannot access "customize" or
"options"
From "edit" pulldown, of the 13 available commands, I have access to 2 -
"select all" and "Mark all as read"
Whats up with this ???
