Take your pick of these:

Just Right Click is probably your best bet for designing a single card
if you already have the graphics and an idea of what you want to
write. Printmaster Express has more features but is a bit more
involved for one-time only use.

Thanks Ron I agree with what you say re Right Click against Printmaster.I tried
bot and the first one is the better for me.

Cheers for that

Aren't most organ donors DEAD first? "Dear Joe, thanks for the heart.
Best wishes, Mike"

Sorry, I've been listening to old radio horror stories all day and am
"in a mood."

I'm all for organ donation. I carry a card, I convinced my wife to
carry a card, and our kids (and extended families) know that we want to
be "spread around" once we're gone.

Heck, I also give blood regularly and am listed in the bone-marrow
registry (no takers yet).

Just to stay on topic... wouldn't organ donation be considered a form
of freeware? Sure the new user pays for the installation but that's
like paying for DSL to download Irfanview, right?

Glad you found what you needed, Steve.

OK wisewguy,LOL

In my case it should have been donor relative but in some cases no.What about
kidneys? Its not uncommon for a relative to donate one kidney!!What about
partial live (SPLIT) donation?More common in the states though.

Its not freeware in most cases as peeps contribute to the NHS (
uk)................ unless your one of the many freeloaders in the UK!!

On a more serious note, isnt it nice to know that your wife or gay partner will
recieve a thankyou letter or card from someone like me that truly is grateful
to be alive!!!!!

Its not untill you need one or a relative does that you see the positive side
of your decision to carry a card........well done.

Wow;

Great thread. Makes me think Susan should keep track of "Top Ten
Reasons for needing Freeware." No need to thank me Susan...

Thanks for the thread one and all!

Well said, Steve!

As a heart recipient (going on 9 years now) I correspond regularly with my
donor's mother and remember him nightly in my prayers.

BTW...if anyone feels the need to further this (OT) thread, we can move it
on over to bit.listserv.transplant

Hal,

There is a belief that each cell in a persons body carries that persons
identity. Some heart transplants report having interests and
characteristics differing from what they had after a heart transplant.
These interests and characteristics are of the original heart owner.
Have you had any of these differences in your life since your
transplant??
