this started when i got a readon 9700 ALL in Wonder

when i start my computer little green lines appear in
virticel rows when i run the color on 32 bit they cover
the display mainly and open windows when i run it in 16
bit color the lines are red and the same thing happens
its the worst in games most of the games its like every
frame the lines move at first i thought it was the
monitior so i got a new flat panal but the lines are
still there they some times go away when i go to the
display properties>settings>advanced>trubbleshooting and
i put the bar on disable all directx and direct3d drawing
and stuff but it comes back after a while

please help
thanks

Are the lines just in windows or is there any corruption during boot up?
(before windows loads). If so you probably have a fried card. If not have
you removed your drivers and set your screen to SVGA? then install the
drivers again.

no the lines are during boot up as well as windows and
games

If you're getting the lines during boot up too, then the card is bad or the
power plug to the card is off. You may need to check and make sure the power
plug for the card is connected. If it is then the card is bad and you should
have warranty coverage on it so it shouldn't cost you other than shipping to
replace it.
