Green Columnar Template in Excel

You used to be able to get a template for excel that it looked like green
columnar paper. I forget how to do it and I can't find it anywhere. Please
help.
 
No but thanks. The whole sheet looked like comnar paper you could set up how
many columns it had & everything. I think I am loosing my mind ;)
