graphic driver problem in H807 ?

helped a friend to do system recovery for her pressario H807 (and did the
WindowsUpdate basically to sp2.). The colour or appearance seems odd as when
we tried to play games like Solitaire. there is no 'red' colour. I downloaded
from http://www.packardbell.com.my/support/download.asp?CID=4nge. and
installed the chipset and the video drivers, but the problem still remain. In
desktop>properties>setting , there is a choice of 16/32 colours. Any lead as
how can we solve this problem, thanks

Is the video cable properly seated in both PC and monitor?
