Graphic card

I'm trying to locate & download nVidia GeForce FX 5200 128 MB DDR-RAM graphic card as I lost it whilst re-loading Windows Xp Home Edition. I was attempting to restore it to proper working order, but I'm unable to do so. I also tried to locate the repair wizard and I'm still unable to do so. While scrolling down a page, the side bar delays and the page has become wavy. Please can you assist.

I also went to DXDIAG and cannot find the 'Display' details for the manufacturer and graphic card.
