I'm currently using PP 97 on a Mac at home... I've been practicing
with charts/graphs, etc. I found that when I insert a pie chart into
the pres. it appears with a border around the chart... is there a way
to remove the box around the pie chart? I've tried changing the line
color, size , etc. but that only relates to the chart lines not this
box around the chart/legend.

Thanks!

Thanks Sonia.. but because I'm using a Mac I can't right click...
where else would I find the plot area formating?

You know, there is a Mac PowerPoint group. Ask a PC user a question and you'll
get a PC answer. So I explored the menus and found it on the Format menu. You
should explore your own menus.

Whenever a Windows user says "Right-click" think "Ctrl+Click" on the Mac.

Or get a two-button USB mouse. Current Macs seem to recognize these and use the right click button
as expected.
