GPO setting for XP2

what are the GPO setting i need to set on Server 2003 in order
to perform certain admin task on server which block by XP2 firewall
but still want to remain the firewall turn on.

Not sure I follow your line of thinking - but if I am correct - you mean you
want to manage the Windows XP firewalls of the machines in your domain..?
