GPMC and Forest Policies

Hi,

I want to know if is possible and how I can assign a policy to a forest
instead of a single domain.
The goal is to have 2 domains and all their childs receive the same
policy...

Simone,

Not sure that this is possible.

However, what you could try might be to create the GPO in one Domain and -
by using GPMC - simply 'copy' that GPO to all of the other Domains in your
Forest....

Technically you cannot do this.

You can create the same policy, copy it and link it to each domain.

There is no domain inheritance of GPOs (only Domain->OU->ou...ou)

Link the same policy settings (better to use a copy) to each domain.

[It is technically legal to link the same policy but is strongly
discouraged due to performance -- but the key remains that you
must link it twice.]
