Google becoming disorganized

Hi guys [OT]:
I am finding more and more search hits that are irrelevant to the keywords I
specified. And some threads like MSDNs start moving down from the top
pages...
Google is in a chaotic age?!

I have noticed that too. I have tried complaining to them, but they do
not seem to take notice.

Change mandated by the Chinese government.
