I second that.

I shouldn't be by now, but I'm still amazed at the cavalier attitudes users
have. I have warned my department for weeks to run all critical updates,
yet I found 3 PCs (out of 10) that did not have hotfix 823980 installed.
And when I went to fix them, my boss complained about the 2 hours I spent
preventing downtime.

Unbelievable.
