Good tool to organize inbox

Hi all,

I've been looking for a good add-in to use to help me organize my
Inbox. I just want something that will move messages out of my inbox
after they are read and after a preset length of time has passed. I
was using a product called Message Executive that did exactly what i
wanted but it decided to go south on me after about a year and the
developer is no longer supporting it.

Any suggestions.
