Good software to monitor the network condition.

Hi

Guys. I need the any little software who might monitor and record the
condition of my network. What's the transfer, if there are any
disconnections, discontinuities. I woulkd like to choose some programs
which I would like to monitor and record the stan per let's say 10-30 sec.

Does any1 know any program which u would like to suggest. Thanks
