Golf Tee Times

I run a site for the golf course I belong to and they have asked if can set
something up where people can sign up for tournaments online. It should look
something like this.

Tee Time NAME NAME
NAME NAME

7:00AM ___________ ___________
___________ _________
7:10AM ___________ ___________
___________ __________

etc.

The tee times would be set and the idea would be allow members to enter
thier perferred tee times.
After the member enters thier name and enters it into the db the name would
be entered into the appropriate space and other members could not edit or
use that tee time. Hope I got my idea across.

Is this possible using something like MySQL ?

ColdFusion or PHP or...

i had a similiar query and received help from Jeff Conrad who reccommended a
database named Golf Tournament at. www.viescas.com/Info/links.htm#Downloads.
if you have any further luck in getting a programme, please let me know
