Going Large

Did a reinstall of XP this weekend (started the install
whilst in safe mode if that has any relevence).
Now I find that my windows/icons/fonts are all massive.

I've gone through the obvious settings but can't figure
out how to get back to my previous small settings?

Any ideas?

Display - Settings. Click Advanced, and adjust the DPI there (dots on
screen seen as being one inch) down.
