Is it possible to remove IE 6 from my computer and install verion 5.5. I
need to do QA testing on verison 5.5 but the browser version on my computer
is already at 6.0. Thanks

According to the above, you had IE5.01 with SP4.
You should be able to restore the previous configuration in Add/Remove
and it will probably take you back to IE5.01 and then you can install
IE5.5

Go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
Select Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.
Click Add/Remove.
Select Restore previous Windows configuration.
