Hi all,

I am wanting to make it easier to do goal seeking. I have three
columns of numbers. I need to set A1 to the value that appears in B1,
by changing cell C1. But I then need to do the same for a number of
rows (which is why I would like a quicker method). Is there some way
for a script to be written to handle this? The same logic is followed
for all rows…

Many thanks.

Rob

Have you looked at the Solver? I won't attempt to rewrite Excel's help in
a usenet post. I think they do a pretty decent job...
