may anyone help me analyzing it and suggest me why go into welcome
slowly?

I have no idea what you consider by welcome screen.

If your desktop is shown and then XPe continues to load for long time you
should try to change all network connections from DHCP to static IP numbers.
Or you will need to provide DHCP server on your network.

You don't know if you are using SP1? This is a joke, right.

If not. Check white box containing XPe CDs with orange sticker with product
key on it.

Bellow Product key it should be written "Microsoft (r) XP Embedded w/SP1"
Or search in help for SP1.
Or check file dates.

Zebing:

My motherboard has an Intel CPU and a VIA southbridge. I recall that when I
first started using XPe RTM there were some real long delays during/after
auto login that were not related to DHCP. All these delays went away went I
started using SP1.

So, at a minimum I would use SP1.
