globally add a privacy note to all e-mails

How can I globally adda confidential and privacy note to
the bottom of all e-mails created in outlook 2000,2002
using ms exchange 2000?

Please advise.
 
Hi Laura,
Have you tried using: Tools, Options, Mail Format,
Signature Picker? That will definitely tack something at
the bottom of each email. I use it at work to include my
name, title and phone number. But I suppose it would
work if you typed your confidential privacy note too.

Thank you for the info, however I would like to do this
globally for the company. Do you know if there is a way to
do this without having to go to 100 computers and 400 e-
mail users desks?
