Can I make a global setting change in Internet Explorer that will propegate to all Terminal Service clients

Internet Explorer: "Check for newer versions of stored pages" this needs to default to "Automatically"

Can this be done?
 
I am not sure I understand your question correctly. Are you trying to
make a change to the OS of the clients? This can not be done with
terminal services. You would want to look at group policy or login
scripts, etc.
