Global IME for Win XP??

I have Windows XP but I do not have Office XP. Is there a Global IME
download for Windows XP without Office XP? I don't get it. Global IME was
an invaluable download that was free for Win 98. Now why would Microsoft
demand that you have Office XP now to have Global IME?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried that download but it keeps giving me a
message saying that Global IME cannot be installed on this version of
windows. I am running XP pro. Any ideas? Thanks.
