global changes to Page Properties

I want to change the hyperlink text color on all page
globally, not one by one. I thought Themes might work but
I can't seem to change that item only, it's not listed in
the drop boxes.

ANyone know how to make such a global change?

Use CSS.
Create a style sheet that defines the link colors
and apply it accross the web.

you could apply the effect to one page using the background dialog box, then
on the other pages just click the "get background info from another page"
box.
I'd recommend an external .css though.
