Global Administrator

Alright, I have a network with 4 computers on it. Windows 98SE, 2000, XP home and Pro. I would like my administrator account in professional to work on all of the computers as a global administrator. How would I go about doing this besides creating an account of all the computers.
 
Add a user on the domain controler and give that user administrative rights
